Beaux Affair Media Release 

The Charleston Youth Leadership Council uses various forms of media to promote the Beaux Affair program and request external funding. Forms of media include the website, social media channels, printed materials, and other promotional media and outlets. Consent to this agreement also includes necessary editing to enhance images and media. 

I authorize Beaux Affair Program, its representatives, partners, volunteers, contractors, and assigns to photograph, film, record, interview, and otherwise capture your beau candidate's name, image, likeness, voice, statements, appearance, participation, and/or artwork or performance during program-related activities.

I grant permission for these materials to be used, reproduced, edited, published, displayed, distributed, and shared in print, digital, broadcast, social media, website, newsletter, press, fundraising, educational, archival, promotional, and program-related materials without further notice, approval, or compensation.

I understand that media may be edited, combined with other materials, or used in whole or in part. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or the way they are used, provided they are used for lawful Beaux Affair Program purposes.
